  • Well Woman Exam (New Client)

    Also known as an annual well women's exam. This visit includes a comprehensive health history review, basic physical, labs including pap smear if needed as well as health counseling based on your current health needs.

  • Well Woman Exam (Established Client)
    Also known as an annual well women's exam. This is for return clients. The visit includes a quick update to your health history based on your health since our last visit as well as a basic physical, labs including pap smear if needed and health counseling based on your current health needs.
  • Well Women's Problem Visit (Established Client)
    This visit is for health concerns that come up between your annual exams. Topics may include menstrual irregularities (periods that are too heavy, too frequent, or absent), vaginal infections, sexually transmitted infection testing, breast pain/lump concerns, uriary tract concerns etc

    This visit is for return clients only, if you are new to my practice please schedule a Well Women's Exam and we can discuss your additional health needs during that visit. 
  • Medication Follow up
    This is for clients who are started on a medicaiton that needs follow up. 
  • Contraception Counseling $80
    This appointment is for new and returning patients: review the full spectrum of contraception options from fertility charting/natural family planning to combined hormonal options such as the pill, patch or ring to hormonal and non hormonal IUD's.  
  • Preconception Counseling $60

    Thinking about pregnancy? This visit is an opportunity to review health history and medical concerns related to planning your pregnancy. Topics may include fertility awareness, readiness for pregnancy, and genetic risks.

  • SneakPeek Appointment $129
    This test can be collected as early as 9 weeks, all the way up to your due date. There is no requirement to be a client of mine for this test. 
    Using a small sample of mom’s blood, SneakPeek tests for the presence of male DNA (Y-chromosomes). Y-chromosomes would only be present if mom is pregnant with a boy. If no Y-chromosomes are found, mom is carrying a girl.
  • STI Testing
    This visit is for return clients, for basic STI workup. 
  • Counseling Session
  • Birth Advocacy Meeting $50
    This is for clients who are not in care with H&H, but want counseling on birth options and birth advisory. 
    Topics that may be covered are birth location options, birth plans and labor support and newborn are routines. This visit is typically set up after a phone consult.
  • Prenatal Problem Visit $60
    This visit is for when something outside of schedule visits comes up that requires a visit. Examples are UTI, colds or other symptoms of concern outside of routine care. 
  • Postpartum Problem Visit
  • Six Week Postpartum $120
    This is the final visit for Mom. It will include a full physical for postdelivery healing, contraception counseling and labs if indicated. 
  • Two Week Postpartum $120
    This is visit for both mom and babe. It will include a healing check for mom as well as a breast feeding evaluation if needed. All newborn screenings will be reviewed at this visit as well as a weight check and a basic exam for newborn development if not seen by their peditrican yet. 
  • IUD insertion
    You must have had a in person or phone contraception counseling visit or annual exam with me prior to setting up the appointment for the IUD insertion. This is due to the need for a preauthorization with your insurance and to ensure that I have the IUD of your choice on hand. 
  • IUD follow-up

    This follow-up visit usually takes place approximately 1 month after IUD insertion.  We check to make sure IUD is in place, discuss any problems, concerns, etc with the method of birth control.

  • IUD Removal
    No previous care required. 
  • Lab Work
    Lab only visit - this  needs to be arranged with me ahead of time.
  • Miscarriage Management/Follow-up
    Counseling and labs if needed. 
  • A Cooperative Family Model Consult $80
    Start by setting up family values with one on one support, then move into how to make change in your family, one step at time as cooperative whole. 
  • Ten minute Breast Checking Tutorial Free
    Don't feel confident in your breast check skills? Set up a quick free visit with me and I'll review the current suggestions on self breast exams and screenings. 
  • 4th Trimester Mom's Group
    Come meet other moms who are in your chapter of life. All welcome. 
    No fee, just bring yourself, and your baby.

  • Introduction to “A Coopertative Family Model” $10
    Introduction course, to be take before the workshop.
  • Workshop to “A Cooperative Family Model” $15
    Workshop, all supplies will be provided.
